Werken in consultancy: wat betekent dat voor jou?

Je start als consultant binnen een dynamisch outsourcingsbedrijf en wordt projectmatig ingezet bij verschillende organisaties. Die projecten kunnen variëren van drie maanden tot meerdere jaren. Is een opdracht afgerond? Dan volgt er vlot een nieuw project dat aansluit bij jouw ervaring, ambities en leerdoelen. Tussen projecten door wordt bewust geïnvesteerd in opleiding en coaching, zodat je nooit stil hoeft te staan.

Het gaat hier om meerdere types functies, afhankelijk van jouw achtergrond:

  • Finance: hulpboekhouder, accountant AY/AZ, finance support
  • Sales & administratie: internal sales, customer service, HR-, marketing- of administratieve profielen

  • Bij voorkeur heb je een bachelor- of masterdiploma in finance, sales of administratie, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

  • Je bent bereid je tot maximaal 45 minuten van je woonplaats te verplaatsen.
  • Een open mindset tegenover projectmatig werken binnen consultancy mag niet ontbreken.
