De Woonmaatschappij Vlaamse Ardennen is een open woonmaatschappij die het recht op sociaal wonen mogelijk maakt door de realisatie van betaalbare en kwaliteitsvolle woongelegenheden.

Wij bieden sociale huurwoningen, koopwoningen en leningen aan in de Vlaamse Ardennen.

Wij zijn ambitieus en wensen de referentiepartner voor wonen te zijn in de regio. Dit om de lokale sociale huisvesting sterker en effectiever te organiseren. Dit zorgt ook voor een groeiende Woonmaatschappij in de regio. Wij vormen een hecht team van ruim 46 medewerkers binnen een open, ondernemende en warme cultuur.

Om ons team en onze groei te versterken kijken wij uit naar een nieuwe collega. Wil jij actief meebouwen aan het versterken van sociale huisvesting in de Vlaamse Ardennen? En word jij onze nieuwe collega?

Jouw uitdagingen:

  • Je werkt mee aan de ontwikkeling, de uitvoering en de opvolging van de nieuwbouwprojecten en renovatieprojecten.
  • Je staat mee in voor het administratief-technisch beheer van de projecten.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met architecten, aannemers, leveranciers, diensten voor nutsvoorzieningen, …
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de collega’s van de dienst klantenrelaties, de dienst patrimonium en de financiële dienst.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma in een bouwkundige richting.
  • Je hebt een ruime bouwtechnische achtergrond wat betreft werfopvolging en een analytisch vermogen inzake offertes, planning en realisaties.
  • Je bent administratief sterk.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, ook onder tijdsdruk.
  • Je bent een organisatietalent die zowel zelfstandig als in team kan werken.
  • Je bent flexibel en klantgericht.
  • Je beschikt over de nodige sociale vaardigheden.
  • Je bent vlot in mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar en zal met volle inzet de doelstellingen van de woonmaatschappij nastreven.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office.
  • Een eigen wagen en rijbewijs zijn een vereiste.
  • Sociaal engagement wordt als pluspunt ervaren.
