Jouw profiel Je hebt stevige ervaring met projectmatig werken: je bewaakt het overzicht en blijft stressbestendig en rustig. Met een proactieve, flexibele en kwaliteitsgerichte houding zorg je voor correcte verwerking van gegevens. Je beschikt over uitstekend ruimtelijk inzicht, kunt werkzaamheden efficiënt en nauwkeurig uitvoeren en bouwtekeningen analyseren. Integriteit en zorgvuldigheid zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend. Je kunt goed afstemmen met collega's en ketenpartners en anderen meenemen in de juiste aanpak. Daarnaast beschik je over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Eisen - Minimaal een afgeronde mbo-4 opleiding; - Minimaal 6 maanden werkervaring met het afbakenen van woningen, meten van oppervlaktes en actualiseren van kenmerken (dakkapellen, aanbouw en bijgebouwen) volgens de NEN 2580 in de afgelopen 3 jaar; - Minimaal 6 maanden werkervaring met de wet WOZ, gemeentelijke heffingen en belastingen en BAG in de afgelopen 3 jaar. Wensen - In het bezit van een certificaat WOZ-medewerker; - Werkervaring bij een gemeente met meer dan 150.000 inwoners; - Afgeronde opleiding richting bouwkunde; - Ervaring met systemen zoals GOUW, Gisweb, iWOZ, ArcGis, PDF-XChange en Microsoft Office pakketten.
