Dit bedrijf staat bekend om zijn innovatieve aanpak bij de realisatie van civiele kunstwerken en infrastructurele oplossingen. Jij krijgt de kans om mee te werken aan een uitdagend project dat Nederland letterlijk in beweging houdt. Over deze werkgever Jij gaat werken op een projectlocatie in Vianen, waar een groot infrastructureel project wordt uitgevoerd. Je maakt deel uit van een dynamisch team dat dagelijks samenwerkt om het project tot een succes te maken. De werksfeer is professioneel, maar ook informeel en gericht op samenwerking. Wat ga je doen? Als projectmedewerker ben jij de spil in de administratieve processen van het project. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle gegevens correct worden verwerkt en dat afspraken worden nageleefd. Dankzij jouw inzet blijven de kosten beheersbaar en voldoet het project aan alle wettelijke eisen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt op de bouwlocatie en zorgt dat alles achter de schermen soepel verloopt. Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit: - Controleren van contractuele afspraken en verwerken van projectkosten. - Vrijgeven van kosten en opgaven na controle van benodigde documentatie. - Dagelijks aanmelden van medewerkers en leveranciers in het registratiesysteem. - Beheren van identificatie- en veiligheidsdocumenten. - Controleren van urenregistraties en kostenopgaven.
