The posting

Het lokaal bestuur Maldegem zet sterk in op het welzijn, de ontwikkeling en de participatie van kinderen en jongeren. Als Projectmedewerker BOA-OverKop neem je hierin een centrale regierol op door twee belangrijke beleidsdomeinen met elkaar te verbinden: Buitenschoolse Opvang en Activiteiten (BOA) en de OverKopwerking voor jongeren. Als Projectmedewerker draag je bij aan een geïntegreerd aanbod waarin onderwijs, opvang, vrije tijd, welzijn en preventieve ondersteuning elkaar versterken.

Vanuit de BOA-regierol coördineer je de uitbouw en uitvoering van het lokaal BOA-beleid. Je ondersteunt scholen, opvanginitiatieven en vrijetijdspartners en stimuleert een kwaliteitsvol, toegankelijk en afgestemd aanbod voor kinderen en gezinnen. Als projectmedewerker bewaak je de samenhang tussen de verschillende actoren, detecteer je noden en kansen en vertaal je deze naar concrete acties en beleidsvoorstellen.

Vanuit de OverKopcoördinatie sta je in voor de verdere uitbouw van een laagdrempelige ontmoetings- en ondersteuningsplek voor en door jongeren. Je coördineert de dagelijkse werking, versterkt het jeugdwelzijnsnetwerk en creëert verbinding tussen jongeren, scholen, hulpverlening, vrije tijd en lokale partners. Daarbij heb je als projectmedewerker een belangrijke signaalfunctie naar het beleid en draag je actief bij aan innovatieve initiatieven die de mentale gezondheid, veerkracht en ontwikkelingskansen van jongeren versterken.

  • Je hebt (minstens) een bachelor diploma.
  • Je bent proactief, flexibel en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je houdt het hoofd koel in stressvolle situaties.
  • Je werkt vlot met digitale tools zoals Word, Outlook, Excel en OneNote.
  • Je hebt een positieve houding en deelt die graag met heel Maldegem.
