Als projectmedewerker economie ondersteun je de projectmanagers die bouwen aan een sterke en duurzame Wase economie. Binnen de cluster Economie bied je inhoudelijke, administratieve en organisatorische ondersteuning. Dankzij jouw werk beschikken de projectmanagers over goed voorbereide informatie, overzichtelijke dossiers en een vlotte praktische opvolging.

Je werkt daarbij zeer zelfstandig: je organiseert je eigen werk, volgt je taken nauwgezet op en neemt initiatief binnen de afgesproken opdrachten. Je stemt af met de betrokken projectmanagers en je leidinggevende en helpt zo economische projecten en beleidsinitiatieven vooruit.

Wat zullen jouw doelen en taken zijn?

Je ondersteunt de projectmanagers bij de voorbereiding, uitvoering, opvolging en evaluatie van economische projecten. Je verzamelt gegevens, documentatie en relevante informatie, houdt actiepunten overzichtelijk bij en volgt afspraken en deadlines op. Je signaleert tijdig wanneer informatie ontbreekt of een actie verdere aandacht vraagt.

Ook achter de schermen zorg je dat alles klopt. Je houdt projectdossiers en platformen actueel, stelt nota’s en verslagen op en werkt mee aan analyses, rapporteringen en presentaties. Je ondersteunt de administratieve opvolging van subsidieprojecten, verzamelt gegevens voor subsidieaanvragen en helpt bij procedures en overheidsopdrachten.

Je bereidt overlegmomenten met gemeenten, bedrijven en partners mee voor en helpt infosessies, evenementen en werkgroepen organiseren. Je verzorgt de praktische opvolging en zorgt voor een vlotte uitwisseling van informatie met alle betrokkenen.

Daarnaast volg je economische trends, regelgeving en subsidiemogelijkheden op. Je verzamelt en analyseert economische gegevens, ondersteunt studies en onderzoeksopdrachten en deelt je inzichten met het team. Zo bouw je je economische kennis verder uit en zet je die in om de projectmanagers goed te ondersteunen.

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in een economische of bedrijfskundige richting.
  • Je hebt minstens twee jaar ervaring in projectwerking. Ervaring met of kennis van lokale besturen of subsidiedossiers is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met economie, ondernemerschap en regionale ontwikkeling.
  • Je werkt vlot met Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint en Word. Kennis van QGIS is een troef.
  • Je bent een administratieve duizendpoot die zorgvuldig, nauwkeurig en efficiënt werkt.
  • Je werkt zeer zelfstandig: je plant je eigen taken, stelt prioriteiten en volgt opdrachten op tot ze afgerond zijn.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt mee en stemt je ondersteunende werk af op de noden van de projectmanagers.
  • Je kan informatie goed analyseren en helder verwerken in nota’s, verslagen en andere documenten.
  • Je communiceert vlot, werkt graag samen en houdt ook onder tijdsdruk het overzicht.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en bent bereid om sporadisch een avondsessie bij te wonen binnen het werkingsgebied van de cluster Economie.
