Onze klant is een familiebedrijf met meer dan 50 jaar expertise in elektriciteitswerken. Ze realiseren elektrische projecten op maat voor bedrijven en overheden en zijn actief binnen onder andere beveiliging, middenspanning, verlichting, nutsvoorzieningen en databekabeling.

Voor de ondersteuning van de projectleiders zoeken we iemand die technische interesse combineert met een sterke administratieve aanpak.

Wat ga je doen? Als Projectmedewerker ondersteun je verschillende projectleiders bij de voorbereiding en opvolging van kleinere projecten. Je zorgt mee voor een goede technische en administratieve voorbereiding, zodat projecten vlot kunnen worden uitgevoerd.

Je start met een ondersteunend takenpakket en krijgt de mogelijkheid om geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheden op te nemen, afhankelijk van je ervaring, interesses en ambitie.

Je taken:

  • Je ondersteunt de projectleiders bij de voorbereiding en opvolging van projecten.
  • Je stelt overzichtslijsten op en beheert de nodige projectdocumentatie.
  • Je bestelt materialen en volgt bestellingen verder op.
  • Je maakt eenvoudige technische voorbereidingen en plannen.
  • Je voert kabelberekeningen uit.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het opmaken en nacalculeren van offertes.
  • Je bereidt verrekeningen en administratieve dossiers voor.
  • Je houdt verschillende lopende taken en deadlines mee in het oog.
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen en optimalisaties binnen bestaande processen.
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding op bachelorniveau gevolgd of beschikt over een sterke technische achtergrond en interesse.
  • Je hebt interesse in elektriciteit en technische projecten.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar stemt ook vlot af met de projectleiders.
  • Je bent leergierig en wil je verder verdiepen in projectmatige ondersteuning.
  • Je denkt graag mee over een efficiënte aanpak en organisatie.
