The posting

Help organisaties veilig overstappen naar beheerde mobiele apparaten. Werk in een technisch project, ondersteun gebruikers op locatie en draag bij aan een toekomstbestendige ICT-omgeving met Apple, Android, TOPdesk en Omnissa UEM. Wat ga je doen? Voor onze opdrachtgever zoeken we twee projectmedewerkers die gebruikers begeleiden tijdens de overgang naar beheerde mobiele apparaten. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op locatie, beantwoordt vragen en zorgt ervoor dat de migratie soepel verloopt. Samen met een senior servicedeskmedewerker ondersteun je eindgebruikers bij het veilig inrichten van smartphones en tablets volgens de BIO2- en NIS2-richtlijnen. Je werkt vier dagen per week op verschillende gemeentelijke locaties en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt tijdens het migratieproces. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over verbeteringen en draag je bij aan een succesvolle uitvoering van het project. Jouw werkzaamheden - Begeleiden van gebruikers bij de migratie naar beheerde mobiele apparaten; - Ondersteunen bij de inrichting van Apple- en Android-apparaten; - Afhandelen van meldingen via het Self Service Portaal (TOPdesk); - Rapporteren van voortgang en knelpunten aan de projectleider; - Meedenken over verbeteringen in de werkwijze; - Delen van kennis en ervaringen met het projectteam; - Samenwerken met servicedeskmedewerkers, engineers en projectleden op verschillende locaties. Wat heb jij in huis? - Minimaal een mbo-opleiding niveau 4 in de richting van ICT; - Minimaal drie jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare ICT-functie; - Ervaring met ITIL-processen; - Goede gebruikerskennis van Apple iOS en Android; - Ervaring met TOPdesk is een pré; - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in de Nederlandse taal; - Analytisch vermogen en een proactieve werkhouding; - Zelfstandig kunnen werken én goed functioneren binnen een team; - Flexibiliteit in werktijden wanneer het project daarom vraagt; - Beschikbaarheid vanaf week 36 tot en met begin Q3 2027; - Rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer.
