The posting

GO! Scholengroep Dynamiek is één van de 26 scholengroepen van het GO! Onderwijs van de Vlaamse gemeenschap (regio Meetjesland). Wij bouwen aan een krachtige leer- en leefomgeving én een stimulerende werkomgeving in al onze scholen. We moedigen nieuwsgierigheid naar internationalisering aan bij leerlingen en personeel en streven ernaar een kwalitatieve, hedendaagse en open onderwijsomgeving te creëren. Samen met jouw collega’s van onze centrale diensten ondersteun je directies en hun team bij het realiseren van deze doelstellingen.

Om onze internationaliseringsprojecten verder uit te bouwen, zijn we op zoek naar een projectmedewerker. Je werkt mee aan de uitvoering van drie nieuwe Erasmus+-projecten en ondersteunt scholen die binnen deze projecten aan de slag gaan. Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma of een gelijkgesteld bekwaamheidsbewijs;
  • Je hebt een open, nieuwsgierige en leergierige houding en kijkt graag over de grenzen heen;
  • Je bent flexibel en kan gemakkelijk schakelen tussen verschillende opdrachten, scholen, mensen, talen, contexten…
  • Je werkt graag samen met schoolteams en vertrekt daarbij vanuit hun noden;
  • Je kunt luisteren, doorvragen en samen met anderen ideeën omzetten in concrete acties;
  • Je bent sterk in het leggen van verbanden tussen ervaringen, informatie en inzichten;
  • Je denkt graag mee over de vraag hoe kennis en ervaringen gedeeld en verankerd kunnen worden binnen onze scholen en onze scholengroep;
  • Je kunt gestructureerd werken en houdt het overzicht wanneer verschillende projecten en activiteiten naast elkaar lopen;
  • Je bent bereid deel te nemen aan internationale projecten;
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Engels. Kennis van Frans en/of Spaans is een meerwaarde;
  • Je beschikt over een blanco model 2 – Goed gedrag en zeden.
