Jouw werkzaamheden Als Projectmedewerker Klantcontact combineer je commercie, klantcontact en coördinatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen snel worden opgepakt, offertes goed worden opgevolgd en lopende projecten op koers blijven. Daarbij heb je contact met klanten en collega's en houd je overzicht over wat er speelt. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om initiatief te nemen. Zie je dat een proces slimmer kan of dat er een kans blijft liggen? Dan krijg je de ruimte om hier actief mee aan de slag te gaan. Zo draag je direct bij aan een hoge klanttevredenheid én aan het resultaat.
