Heb je een sterke interesse in de land- en tuinbouwsector en wil je landbouwbedrijven begeleiden bij belangrijke investerings- en groeibeslissingen? Dan krijg je als Projectmedewerker Landbouw de kans om jouw economische en landbouwkundige kennis in te zetten binnen een veelzijdige adviesrol.

Je komt terecht in een team van specialisten dat landbouwers ondersteunt bij de verdere uitbouw van hun onderneming. Dankzij de combinatie van dossierwerk, klantencontact en adviesverlening bouw je mee aan duurzame en toekomstgerichte landbouwbedrijven.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Projectmedewerker Landbouw

  • Ondersteunen van landbouwers bij investeringsdossiers en bedrijfseconomische vraagstukken
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van VLIF-subsidieaanvragen
  • Uitwerken van bedrijfsplannen en economische analyses
  • Begeleiden van bedrijfsoverdrachten en de bijhorende administratieve afhandeling
  • Onderhouden van contacten met verschillende overheidsinstanties
  • Adviseren van klanten over economische opportuniteiten binnen hun onderneming
  • Stapsgewijs doorgroeien naar een rol waarbij je klanten zelfstandig begeleidt van A tot Z

Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met de landbouwsector en haalt energie uit het ondersteunen van ondernemers bij belangrijke beslissingen voor hun bedrijf.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een hogere opleiding in een land- of tuinbouwkundige richting of een economische richting
  • Interesse in landbouweconomie, subsidies en bedrijfsontwikkeling
  • Een nauwkeurige en administratief sterke aanpak
  • Goede organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor deadlines
  • Een proactieve en hands-on ingesteldheid
  • Zin om bij te leren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen de sector
