Je bent positief ingesteld, klantgericht en helpt mee om de tevredenheid van onze klanten continu te verhogen. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in de volgende punten: - Je beschikt over MBO 4- of HBO-werkniveau. - Je bent in het bezit van Wft Basis (of bereid deze te halen, op onze kosten!)). - Je bent handig met systemen en leert software snel aan! - Je hebt uitstekende plannings- en organisatievaardigheden, werkt nauwkeurig en stelt de juiste prioriteiten. - Je beschikt over de drive om jezelf en het team te verbeteren, durft te experimenteren en staat open voor veranderingen. wat ga je doen In de functie van projectmedewerker ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor pensioenadviseurs, werkgevers en deelnemers. Je ondersteunt hen in het administratieve proces, beheert processtromen en beantwoordt uiteenlopende klantvragen telefonisch en per e-mail via Salesforce.
