Als Projectmedewerker Ruimtelijke Ordening kom je te werken in het team Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling. Deze functie is bestemd voor iemand met gemeentelijke ervaring en interesse op het gebied van ruimtelijke ontwikkeling binnen een overheidsinstantie. De werkzaamheden van de projectmedewerker RO zijn zeer divers en uitdagend. Je draagt bij aan de implementatie van de Omgevingswet, jouw taken zijn onder andere het geven van presentaties, maken van afspraken, zorgen voor een duidelijke en tijdige communicatie met interne en externe partijen, het voorbereiden van bijeenkomsten en informatieavonden en opstellen van verslagen. De Projectmedewerker Ruimtelijke Ordening is ook verantwoordelijk voor de orders en facturen en het naar tevredenheid afhandelen van vragen en klachten van bewoners, belanghebbenden en de interne organisatie. We zoeken een Projectmedewerker Ruimtelijke Ordening die beschikt over organisatietalent en creativiteit. Belangrijk binnen de functie van Projectmedewerker RO is dat je zorgvuldig, probleemoplossend en klantgericht te werk gaat.
