Als projectmedewerker ben jij de onmisbare schakel die projecten van A tot Z stroomlijnt. Je combineert technisch inzicht met commercieel instinct om onze klanten en aannemers de beste ervaring in de markt te bieden.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige projecttraject: van initiële offerteanvraag tot en met projectafronding. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar je dagelijks met verschillende stakeholders samenwerkt en waar geen twee projecten hetzelfde zijn. Dit maakt de functie uitdagend, afwisselend en ontzettend waardevol voor onze organisatie.

Jouw impact op onze projecten

  • Je stelt scherpe offertes op en analyseert meetstaten en lastenboeken om nauwkeurige calculaties en realistische projectplanningen te garanderen.
  • Je bent het technische en commerciële aanspreekpunt voor aannemers en projectontwikkelaars, wat betekent dat je zowel hun technische vragen als commerciële belangen begrijpt en adresseert.
  • Je gebruikt je grondige kennis van materialen, kwaliteiten en leveranciers om de juiste match voor elk project te vinden, wat kwaliteit en kostenefficiëntie optimaliseert.
  • Je schakelt nauw met interne afdelingen (engineering, logistiek, financiën) voor vlekkeloze uitvoering en zorgt ervoor dat alle teams op dezelfde pagina staan.
  • Je zoekt actief marktkansen, identificeert potentiële klanten en bouwt ons klantenbestand uit door relaties op te bouwen en te onderhouden.
  • Je beheert de volledige projectdocumentatie en administratie in Navision/Business Central, wat zorgt voor transparantie, traceerbaarheid en compliance.
  • Bouwtechnische opleiding of ervaring met ruwbouwmaterialen; kennis van bouwprocessen, materiaaleigenschappen en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Commercieel ingesteld en proactief; je identificeert marktmogelijkheden en bouwt je klantenbestand uit.
  • Communicatief sterk, oplossingsgericht en klantgericht; je luistert naar behoeften, lost problemen creatief op en bouwt vertrouwensrelaties.
  • Vlot met digitale tools en systemen (Business Central is een plus); je werkt efficiënt met moderne software.
  • Uitstekend Nederlands; basis Frans is een troef voor communicatie met diverse klanten en partners.
  • Dynamisch, energiek en nauwkeurig; je werkt met inzet en precisie, bent flexibel en levert op tijd af.
