Als Projectmedewerker Ruwbouw ondersteun je bouwprojecten vanaf de voorbereiding tot de uitvoering. Je combineert technische kennis met commerciële en administratieve opvolging en zorgt ervoor dat projecten efficiënt en correct verlopen. In deze rol ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen de verkoopafdeling, klanten en interne teams.

Je taken:

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes voor ruwbouwprojecten
  • Analyseren van meetstaten, lastenboeken en technische plannen
  • Voorbereiden en administratief begeleiden van bouwprojecten
  • Telefonisch ondersteunen van klanten, aannemers en projectontwikkelaars bij vragen over offertes of projecten
  • Adviseren over ruwbouwmaterialen zoals isolatie, gevelstenen, welfsels en predallen
  • Afstemmen met interne afdelingen zoals transport, planning, aankoop en facturatie
  • Opvolgen van projectdossiers en zorgen voor een correcte documentatie
  • Actief zoeken naar nieuwe projectkansen bij aannemers en ontwikkelaars
  • Meewerken aan een klantgerichte service en een vlotte uitvoering van projecten
  • Opleiding in de bouwsector of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Interesse of ervaring in ruwbouwprojecten en bouwmaterialen
  • Technisch inzicht in producten zoals gevelstenen, welfsels, predallen en isolatie
  • Commercieel ingesteld en opportuniteiten durven detecteren
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte houding
  • Nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en oplossingsgericht
  • Vlot samenwerken met verschillende interne afdelingen
  • Goede digitale vaardigheden en bereidheid om nieuwe systemen aan te leren
  • Kennis van Navision of Business Central is een pluspunt
  • Kennis van Frans is een extra troef
