The posting

FSAN (Federatie Somalische Associaties Nederland) is een landelijke koepelorganisatie van Somaliërs in Nederland die in 1994 is opgericht. Bij FSAN zijn 25 actieve lokale organisaties aangesloten en richt zich op de participatie en integratie in Nederland en tracht een bijdrage te leveren aan de wederopbouw van Somalië. Daarnaast voert FSAN als een van haar kerntaken het programma VGV uit in samenwerking met sleutelpersonen, zelforganisaties van verschillende landen waar VGV voorkomt en andere Instellingen zoals Pharos, GDD GHOR, regionale GGDEN. FSAN is ook lid en medeoprichter van End FGM European Network te Brussel. We hebben nu een nieuw project op landelijke niveau over bestrijding VGV. De activiteiten van deze nieuwe project bestaat o.a. uit: Bijscholing van bestaande sleutelpersonen, organiseren voorlichtingsbijeenkomsten en huiskamergesprekken voor de gemeenschappen, Training professionals en vrijwilligers van zelforganisaties, communicatie door verschillende kanalen. Plaats in de organisatie: De projectmedewerker verricht zijn/haar werkzaamheden in dienst van FSAN onder verantwoordelijkheid van de projectcoördinator. Taken: - Organiseren van de bijscholing voor sleutelpersonen en VGV-trainers - Begeleiden en ondersteunen van sleutelpersonen voor huiskamergesprekken - Organiseren voorlichtingsbijeenkomsten voor de gemeenschappen - Per kwartaal verslaglegging van de activiteiten van het project; - Bijdrage leveren voor de website m.b.t., nieuwsbrief laatste updates van de activiteiten van het project en kennis van sociale media zou prima zijn Opleidings-/ervaringsniveau: - WO/ HBO niveau; - Kennis hebben van migranten en vluchtelingen groepen; - Affiniteit hebben over het thema VGV - Met verschillende doelgroepen goed kunnen communiceren en samenwerken; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; beheersing van een of meerdere andere talen is een pre. - In staat om zelfstandig en in teamve...
