Een stukje gelukkiger. En dat werkt door. Functiebeschrijving Je ondersteunt projecten rond het onderhoud van het Zeeuwse hoofdvaarwegennet. Daarbij werk je vooral voor één projectcluster en maak je deel uit van een groep projectondersteuners. Jij hebt een centrale rol binnen het team: je weet welke overleggen eraan komen, welke acties nog openstaan en waar belangrijke documenten te vinden zijn. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Je plant overleggen en houdt rekening met de agenda's van de deelnemers. - Je notuleert vergaderingen en zet afspraken en actiepunten helder op een rij. - Je verstuurt e-mails en deelt projectinformatie met de juiste mensen. - Je houdt overzichten bij, zoals een organogram of vakantieoverzicht. - Je organiseert bijeenkomsten voor het projectteam. - Je slaat documenten op in het documentmanagementsysteem, momenteel SharePoint en eDocs. Je werkt 32 uur per week. De functie loopt van 1 september 2026 tot en met 31 augustus 2027, met een optie tot verlenging. Op maandag werk je samen met het team op kantoor in Middelburg. Je andere werkdagen stem je af met het team. Je werkt dan deels thuis en deels op locatie. Soms is je aanwezigheid nodig bij een overleg op kantoor.
