Als Projectondersteuner bij Rijkswaterstaat (PPO West-Nederland Noord) werk je aan de infrastructuur van morgen. Wie ben jij Als Projectondersteuner bij Rijkswaterstaat ben jij van nature een organisatorisch talent dat gemakkelijk overzicht bewaart in een dynamische omgeving. Je bent communicatief sterk, proactief en vindt het leuk om de spil te zijn in het ondersteunen van meerdere projecten. Je bent klantvriendelijk, denkt mee met het team en beschikt over een gezonde dosis assertiviteit om zaken tijdig voor elkaar te krijgen.

- Een afgeronde mbo-4 opleiding (of vergelijkbaar) en minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare ondersteunende rol. - Ervaring met het helder, compact notuleren van overleggen en het beheren van agenda’s en actielijsten. - Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. - Bereidheid om op de vastgestelde kantoordagen fysiek aanwezig te zijn op locatie in Haarlem.

Wat ga je doen In deze rol ben jij de organisatorische motor achter de projecten die zorgen voor het onderhoud van onze wegen, vaarwegen en tunnels in Noord-Holland. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectmanager en de manager projectbeheersing om de dagelijkse gang van zaken vlekkeloos te laten verlopen.
