Als Projectondersteuner Vastgoedonderhoud bij KBK bouwgroep ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het proces. Je bent van begin tot eind betrokken bij onderhoudsprojecten voor woningcorporaties. Ons doel? Ervoor zorgen dat het onderhoud van woningen - soms in bewoonde staat - met minimale hinder voor bewoners wordt uitgevoerd. Vanuit ons kantoor in Amsterdam en Purmerend werk je nauw samen met projectbegeleiders en andere collega's in een informele en dynamische werkomgeving. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, beheert de benodigde vergunningen en ondersteunt de werk- en inkoopvoorbereiding. In deze afwisselende functie zet jij jouw oog voor detail en klantgerichtheid volop in om projecten succesvol te laten verlopen.
