Als Projectondersteuner ben jij de verbindende schakel achter de schermen je houdt overzicht, bewaakt afspraken en zorgt dat projectleiders en projectteams goed voorbereid verder kunnen. Met jouw nauwkeurigheid en proactieve aanpak help je projecten soepel en volgens planning te verlopen. Jouw rol Als Projectondersteuner zorg je ervoor dat projecten gestructureerd en efficiënt verlopen. Je ondersteunt projectleiders en projectteams administratief, organisatorisch en procesmatig. Je houdt zicht op de voortgang, deadlines, acties en documentatie en trekt tijdig aan de bel wanneer iets dreigt vast te lopen. Je valt rechtstreeks onder de Coördinator Projectenportfolio. Dit ga je doen - Je ondersteunt projectleiders bij de uitvoering van projectplannen en bent een praktische sparringpartner. - Je bewaakt de voortgang, acties, deadlines en op te leveren resultaten en spreekt collega's proactief aan op openstaande acties. - Je beheert de projectadministratie, actielijsten en besluiten en zorgt voor correcte documentatie, archivering en versiebeheer in Microsoft Teams en SharePoint. - Je plant en organiseert projectoverleggen en bijeenkomsten, waaronder PSU's, PFU's, risicosessies en evaluaties. - Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen en actualiseren van projectplanningen en niet-financiële voortgangsoverzichten. - Je stelt met behulp van Copilot verslagen en actielijsten op en controleert deze kritisch op juistheid en volledigheid. - Je verzorgt de communicatie met projectteams en stakeholders en zorgt dat informatie tijdig op de juiste plek terechtkomt. - Je ziet toe op het volgen van interne processen, signaleert afwijkingen en bespreekt deze met de projectleider.
