In het kort: Je gaat het projectteam ondersteunen bij planning, organisatie en voortgang, secretariële en administratieve processen verzorgen, rapportages en voorstellen voorbereiden en als centraal aanspreekpunt fungeren voor interne en externe partners in logistieke projecten. Venlo is één van de belangrijkste logistieke knooppunten van Nederland. Met vier railterminals, een strategische binnenhaven en een sterk netwerk van logistieke bedrijven speelt onze regio een cruciale rol in nationale én internationale goederenstromen. De gemeente Venlo werkt samen met overheidspartners en het bedrijfsleven aan een toekomstbestendige logistieke sector waarin innovatie, duurzaamheid, leefbaarheid en veiligheid centraal staan. Voor het projectteam dat deze complexe en impactvolle opgaven realiseert, zoeken we een Projectondersteuner die energie krijgt van structuur aanbrengen, processen stroomlijnen en projecten vooruithelpen. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectmanager, projectleiders en projectbeheerser en bent een onmisbare schakel in het succes van onze logistieke ambities. Jouw impact Je bent de professionele ruggengraat van het projectteam. Dankzij jouw overzicht, accuratesse en proactieve houding kunnen projectleiders zich richten op inhoud en strategie. Jij zorgt dat alles klopt, loopt, en op tijd wordt opgeleverd. Wat je gaat doen - Coördineren en ondersteunen van het volledige projectteam in planning, organisatie en voortgang. - Verzorgen van hoogwaardige secretariële ondersteuning, waaronder: - plannen en voorbereiden, notuleren van overleggen; - beheren van actielijsten en projectdocumentatie; - organiseren en notuleren van bijeenkomsten van het Realisatiepactteam (Rijk, Provincie en Gemeente); - beheren en rapporteren van urenregistratie; - afhandelen van projectcorrespondentie. - Opstellen en bewaken van het Jaarprogramma, jaarplanning en voortgangsrapportages. - Ondersteunen bij het opstellen en uitvoeren van Plannen van Aanpak. - Voorbereiden en administratie.
