The posting

Binnen het cluster GRC zorg jij dat openstaande acties worden opgevolgd. Je belt of spreekt aanvragers en risicoeigenaren, vraagt door als een antwoord niet duidelijk is en legt afspraken zorgvuldig vast. Zo help je het team om zicht te houden op de voortgang.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je neemt contact op met aanvragers en risico-eigenaren over openstaande acties. • Je vraagt door om duidelijk te krijgen wat de stand van zaken is. • Je legt gemaakte afspraken vast per e-mail. • Je verwerkt de afspraken en de actuele status in het waiverregister. • Je volgt acties op totdat duidelijk is hoe ze zijn afgehandeld. • Je bespreekt met een Security Officer wanneer een actie moet worden voorgelegd aan een leidinggevende binnen DICTU of bij een opdrachtgever.

Je werkt 24 tot 32 uur per week in Den Haag, tussen 08.30 en 17.00 uur. Je start zo snel mogelijk. De opdracht duurt in eerste instantie 3 tot 6 maanden, met kans op verlenging.

Functie-eisen: Je pakt makkelijk de telefoon en blijft vriendelijk én duidelijk als je een antwoord nodig hebt. Je voelt aan hoe je verschillende mensen binnen de Rijksoverheid benadert. Technisch jargon schrikt je niet af: als iets onduidelijk is, vraag je door. Ondertussen verwerk je informatie nauwkeurig en houd je openstaande acties in beeld.

Wat neem je mee?

• Hbo werk- en denkniveau. Heb je mbo+ niveau en veel ervaring in een vergelijkbare politiek-bestuurlijke omgeving? Dan kom je ook in aanmerking. • Gevorderde kennis van Excel, Teams en Outlook. • Ervaring met registratiesystemen of GRC-software is mooi meegenomen.
