Binnen het domein van opvang en migratie draai jij je hand er niet voor om om de nodige rust te creëren in een dynamische en uitdagende wereld. Als projectondersteuner vorm je de stabiele en betrouwbare factor binnen een maatschappelijk betrokken team. Je zorgt ervoor dat administratieve processen soepel verlopen en dat dossiers altijd feilloos op orde zijn. Dankzij jouw scherpe blik kun je bouwen op een strakke organisatie achter de schermen, waardoor complexe vraagstukken helder blijven. - Zelfstandig oppakken van praktische en administratieve taken binnen uiteenlopende projecten. - Behandelen van binnenkomende correspondentie en professioneel te woord staan van inwoners en partners. - Verwerken en zorgvuldig anonimiseren van documenten binnen het digitale zaaksysteem. - Bewaken van strakke termijnen en bewaken van de voortgang in dossiers. - Voorbereiden van stukken voor besluitvorming en ondersteunen van collega's bij inhoudelijke vraagstukken.
