Heb jij een achtergrond in elektriciteit, sanitair of HVAC of wil je je kennis hiervan uitbreiden? Wil je jouw technische kennis inzetten om onze werven op te volgen en voor te bereiden? Voor onze jonge en dynamische KMO in Oostende zoeken we een hands-on Projectondersteuner / Werkvoorbereider die de rechterhand wordt van de zaakvoerders en het praktische aanspreekpunt voor ons team op de vloer.

Wij realiseren totaalprojecten in technieken (elektriciteit, sanitair, HVAC en hernieuwbare energie) en zoeken een organisatorisch talent om de dagelijkse werking en de werven mee te ondersteunen. De finale projectverantwoordelijkheid blijft bij de zaakvoerders liggen, maar jij bent de onmisbare schakel die zorgt dat alles op de werven vlot verloopt.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Projectondersteuner help je mee om het plan op papier vertaald te krijgen naar de praktijk en zorg je dat onze ploegen zonder obstakels kunnen doorwerken.

  • Voorbereiding & Plannen: Je helpt bij het instuderen van de installatieplannen, voert nodige aanpassingen door en zorgt dat alle technische details op voorhand helder zijn.
  • Ondersteuning op de Werf: Je woont werfvergaderingen bij en communiceert vlot met klanten. Als onze monteurs op de werf praktische of technische vragen hebben over het plan, ben jij hun eerste aanspreekpunt.
  • Planning & Aankoop: Je helpt mee met de opmaak van de week- en dagplanning. Je controleert onze stock, bestelt de benodigde materialen en zorgt dat de juiste spullen op tijd klaarstaan voor de ploegen.
  • Lichte logistiek: Er komen gemiddeld slechts 1 tot 2 leveringen per dag binnen; je controleert deze kort en houdt het magazijn overzichtelijk. In uitzonderlijke gevallen rijd je eens met materiaal naar een werf.

  • Technische Kennis: Je hebt ervaring in de sector. Je kunt vlot technische plannen lezen, begrijpen en aanpassen.
  • Communicatief & Hulpvaardig: Je stelt je klantvriendelijk op op werfvergaderingen en bent een toegankelijk aanspreekpunt voor je collega's op het terrein.
  • Georganiseerd: Je kunt goed het overzicht bewaren, denkt vooruit qua materialen en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Leergiering: je hebt zin om bij te leren waar nodig, zowel inhouse als via externe opleidingen.
  • ·ijbewijs B: Noodzakelijk voor werfbezoeken in de regio.
