Ben jij een projectontwikkelaar met enkele jaren ervaring die een scherp oog heeft voor detail? Kan jij daarnaast verschilende complexe bouwprojecten managen? Voor onze klant, een projectontwikkelaar regio Gent, gaan wij op zoek naar een gedreven professional om hun team te versterken!

De functie inhoud Het takenpakket van een projectontwikkelaar:

  • Actief binnenhalen van projecten, dit voor de regio Gent, Antwerpen en Brussel
  • Kansen zoeken, zowel op de publieke als private markt
  • Op zoek gaan en onderhouden van een breed netwerk
  • Evenementen bijwonen
  • Haalbaarheidsstudies uitvoeren
  • Plan van aanpak opmaken
  • Het is jouw verantwoordelijkheid om verkoopbare projecten te ontwikkelen in de regio Gent, Antwerpen en Brussel
  • Nauwlettend de voortgang van de projecten opvolgen

Onze klant Onze klant is een projectontwikkelaar met meerdere vestigingen in zowel Oost- als West-Vlaanderen, jij wordt tewerkgesteld regio Gent. Als grote onderneming staan ze gekend voor hun familiaal karakter, collegialiteit en last but not least uitdagende werven waar vakmanschap en unieke projecten centraal staan! Wat betekent dit voor jou? Je krijgt voldoende ruimte voor initiatief, je kan suggesties doen tot optimalisatie en krijgt een opleiding on-the-job. Daarnaast staat deze projectontwikkelaar gekend voor zijn duurzame architectuur die mens en omgeving laat bloeien. Aan welke verwachtingen moet je voldoen als projectontwikkelaar?

  • Je beschikt over een Master in de Bouwkunde en hebt tussen de 2 à 5 jaar ervaring binnen de projectontwikkeling regio Gent, Antwerpen of Brussel
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands, waarnaast kennis in het Frans een groot pluspunt is
  • Daarnaast vind je het fijn om analyserend en samenvattend te werk te gaan
  • Hierbij vertoon je de nodige communicatieve skills waardoor je complexe zaken begrijpelijk kan overbrengen naar klant en collega
  • Drang om te ondernemen en gedrevenheid om resultaten te boeken
