Voor een toonaangevende opdrachtgever in de provincie Zuid-Holland zoeken wij een ervaren Projectontwikkelaar Bouw. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor uitdagende woningbouwontwikkelingen en transformatieopgaven, waarbij je projecten van initiatief tot realisatie aanstuurt. Je profiteert hierbij van een aantrekkelijk salaris tot € 8.800 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring, flexibel werken, zodat werk en privé optimaal in balans blijven en veel ruimte voor ondernemerschap. Als projectontwikkelaar werk je aan omvangrijke gebiedsontwikkelingen en woningbouwprojecten waarbij verschillende belangen samenkomen. Vanuit jouw rol als vastgoedontwikkelaar, gebiedsontwikkelaar of ontwikkelingsmanager zorg je voor een succesvolle balans tussen kwaliteit, haalbaarheid, duurzaamheid en rendement. Dit ga je doen: - Ontwikkelen en realiseren van complexe woningbouwprojecten en gebiedsontwikkelingen. - Begeleiden van projecten vanaf acquisitie en initiatief tot en met oplevering. - Opstellen en bewaken van grond- en vastgoedexploitaties. - Coördineren van multidisciplinaire ontwerpteams, adviseurs en externe partners. - Regie voeren op ruimtelijke procedures, vergunningstrajecten en planvorming. - Afstemmen met gemeenten, woningcorporaties, beleggers en andere stakeholders.
