In deze rol krijg je de kans om projecten van dichtbij op te volgen, technische oplossingen uit te werken en dagelijks samen te werken met collega’s op de werkvloer. Je komt terecht in een groeiende onderneming waar initiatief wordt gewaardeerd en waar je stap voor stap kunt doorgroeien richting een meer verantwoordelijke projectfunctie.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Opmeten van metaalconstructies op locatie.
  • Mee de basis leggen voor technische ontwerpen in Autodesk Inventor.
  • Ondersteunen van de technisch tekenaar bij het uitwerken van 2D- en 3D-plannen.
  • Projecten opvolgen van voorbereiding tot oplevering.
  • Inschatten van werkuren, materiaalbehoeften en personeelsplanning.
  • Coördineren tussen klant, atelier en montageteams.
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid, vergunningen en planning.
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan medewerkers op de werkvloer.
  • Waken over timing, budget en technische uitvoering.
  • Rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de projectmanager.

Naast het werk investeren we ook in het teamgevoel. Denk aan een jaarlijkse zomerbarbecue, een familiedag en verschillende momenten waarop we samen successen vieren.

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting.
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen een technische of industriële omgeving.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en graag aanwezig op de werkvloer.
