Wat als jij ervoor zorgt dat complexe bouwprojecten op Schiphol soepel, veilig en volgens planning worden gerealiseerd? Als Projectorganisator Realisatie bij BAM Bouw en Techniek Schiphol ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen voorbereiding, uitvoering en oplevering. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten niet alleen technisch kloppen, maar ook uitvoerbaar zijn binnen een omgeving die 24/7 in bedrijf blijft. Van terminalgebouwen en Schiphol Plaza tot parkeervoorzieningen en andere cruciale luchthavenlocaties: zonder jouw regie komt een project niet van de grond.

Deze functie is ideaal voor een ervaren Werkvoorbereider, Projectcoördinator of Bouworganisator die toe is aan een volgende stap met meer verantwoordelijkheid, invloed en uitdaging.

Als Projectorganisator Realisatie ben je vanaf de voorbereidingsfase betrokken bij projecten en zorg je ervoor dat alle disciplines optimaal samenwerken. Je overziet het volledige proces en houdt grip op planning, veiligheid, kwaliteit, kosten en uitvoering.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

- Het opstellen van uitvoerings-, engineerings-, voorbereidings- en inkoopschema's; - Het ontwikkelen van slimme faseringen en bouwlogistieke oplossingen binnen operationele gebouwen; - Het uitwerken van bouwplaatsinrichtingen waarbij continuïteit van luchthavenprocessen centraal staat; - Het opstellen van werk- en veiligheidsplannen; - Het bewaken van planningen, risico's, kwaliteit en voortgang; - Het coördineren van meer- en minderwerk; - Het afstemmen met opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers, leveranciers en uitvoeringsteams; - Het toepassen van moderne tools zoals BIM 360, Microsoft Project en ASTA Powerproject.

Werken op Schiphol betekent werken aan projecten die direct zichtbaar zijn voor miljoenen reizigers. Je opereert in een dynamische omgeving waar techniek, logistiek, veiligheid en samenwerking samenkomen. Dat vraagt om slimme oplossingen, vooruitdenken en een sterke organisatie.
