Je speelt een sleutelrol in het beheer en de optimalisatie van project- en resourceplanningen in OPC, waarmee we de planning van meer dan 100 asset-gerelateerde projecten verbeteren. Je werkt nauw samen met projectmanagers, PMO'ers en andere betrokkenen om voortgang, mijlpalen en kritieke paden te bewaken, knelpunten te signaleren en adviezen te geven over planning en haalbaarheid. Je draagt bij aan de verdere professionalisering en standaardisatie van de planning en maakt van planning een strategisch stuurmiddel voor de organisatie. Jouw profiel Voor deze rol zoeken wij een kandidaat met: - Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau - Meer dan 5 jaar relevante werkervaring als projectplanner in een complexe projectomgeving, bij voorkeur in het openbaar vervoer, IT of bouw - Aantoonbare ervaring met OPC en kennis van planningsmethodieken, met name CPM (Critical Path Method) op basis van netwerkplanningen - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, proactieve houding en coachende vaardigheden - Kritisch op afwijkingen in de planning en in staat om advies te geven - Analytisch sterk, met oog voor grote lijnen en trends Intresse?
