Voor een van onze opdrachtgevers, een toonaangevend bouwbedrijf, zijn wij op zoek naar een projectregisseur. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en coördinatie van het bouwproject op locatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden veilig, kwalitatief goed en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Als projectregisseur ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen de verschillende betrokken partijen op de bouwplaats. Je houdt overzicht, signaleert tijdig knelpunten en zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden goed op elkaar worden afgestemd. Je verantwoordelijkheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid (VGM); - Leiden van de dagstart en bespreken van de voortgang met het uitvoeringsteam; - Afstemmen van werkzaamheden met ketenpartners, onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Samenwerken met de bewonersconsulent rondom bewonersimpact, communicatie en logistiek; - Zorgen voor een professionele, prettige en veilige werksfeer op de bouwplaats; - Signaleren van afwijkingen, risico's en knelpunten en deze tijdig oplossen of escaleren; - Bewaken van de uitvoeringskwaliteit en bijdragen aan een goede en professionele oplevering. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Een technische opleiding, bij voorkeur richting bouwkunde - Goede technische ervaring, dit mag zowel praktische als leidinggevende ervaring zijn - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden - Oplossingsgericht, maar zeker ook veiligheidsbewust Functieoverzicht .
