En daar hebben we jou voor nodig. Wat ga je doen? Als ervaren projectsecretaris ben jij de onmisbare schakel in onze projectteams. Jij zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt, van start tot oplevering. Je werkt nauw samen met projectmanagers, opdrachtgevers en collega-secretarissen, en bewaakt de samenhang tussen verschillende projecten. Jouw werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Uitzetten en opvolgen van acties uit de projectplanning. - Beheren van het projectdossier. - Verantwoordelijk voor projectfinanciën: van het aanmaken en registreren van verplichtingen tot factuurafhandeling en budgetoverzichten. - Ondersteunen bij het opstellen en actualiseren van de projectbegroting. - Beheren van aanbestedingsdossiers en toezien op naleving van administratieve procedures. - Signaleren van risico's en betrekken van de juiste mensen bij beslissingen. - Organiseren, voorbereiden en notuleren van vergaderingen. - Voorbereiden en organiseren van bewoners- en bedrijfsbijeenkomsten. - Opbouwen en onderhouden van een relevant relatienetwerk. - Sparringpartner voor de projectmanager en meeschrijven aan rapportages en besluitvormingsstukken. - Bijdragen aan de professionalisering van ons projectmanagement.
