Samenvatting opdracht Als Clustercoördinator Baggeren & Bergingen ben je de centrale spil voor de projectmanager, manager projectbeheersing en het IPM-team binnen een dynamisch, landelijk opererend cluster van Rijkswaterstaat. Je organiseert, plant en coördineert overleggen, werksessies en workshops; bereidt agenda's en vergaderstukken voor; en notuleert complexe bijeenkomsten met heldere verslagen. Je bewaakt acties, besluiten, deadlines en informatiestromen, zorgt voor een toegankelijk projectarchief en gebruikt hiervoor Microsoft 365, SharePoint/Connect en Relatics/GRIP. Je legt verbinding tussen disciplines, signaleert knelpunten en verbeterkansen, ondersteunt bestuurlijke en projectmatige besluitvorming en draagt bij aan continuïteit en structuur binnen het cluster. De rol vraagt om zichtbaarheid binnen het team, het fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor organisatorische en procedurele vragen en het zijn van een stabiele factor voor langere tijd.
