Vivaldis Office is op zoek naar een projectverantwoordelijke / projectmanager voor onze klant in Alken. Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen en vervaardigen van hoogwaardige veranda's, pergola's en woonuitbreidingen.

Jouw takenpakket als projectverantwoordelijke / projectmanager bestaat uit:

  • Je draagt de dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheid over het atelier en zorgt ervoor dat de productieplanning strikt wordt opgevolgd.
  • Je coacht en motiveert de productiemedewerkers en de plaatsingsteams, zodat elk project volgens de kwaliteitsnormen wordt opgeleverd.
  • Je gaat ter plaatse op de werven om de voortgang te controleren en technische knelpunten direct op te lossen.
  • Je ziet erop toe dat de afwerkingsgraad van de veranda's voldoet aan de hoge eisen van de klant.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlot verloop tussen de productie in de werkplaats en de effectieve montage bij de eindklant.

Als projectverantwoordelijke / projectmanager herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je hebt ervaring in het aansturen van technische teams en weet hoe je mensen moet enthousiasmeren.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met de bouwsector (bij voorkeur schrijnwerk of verandabouw) en beschikt over technisch inzicht.
  • Plannen en organiseren zit in je bloed; je behoudt altijd het overzicht, ook als het druk is op de werf.
  • Je bent een vlot aanspreekpunt voor zowel de collega's in het atelier als voor de klanten op de werf.
  • Je bent een doener die proactief meedenkt om processen te optimaliseren.
