Over de organisatie Hays is op zoek naar een projectverantwoordelijke voor een groeiende KMO die gespecialiseerd is in het ontwerp, de productie en de plaatsing van maatwerkconstructies voor industriële projecten.

Jouw nieuwe functie Je volgt projecten volledig op, van de voorbereiding tot de oplevering. Nieuwe opdrachten zet je om in een duidelijk plan. Je tekent concepten uit in 2D en samen met het tekenbureau zoek je naar de beste technische oplossing. Je gaat regelmatig ter plaatse om opmetingen te doen, maakt de nodige berekeningen en zoekt praktische oplossingen voor technische problemen.

Je zorgt ervoor dat de werken goed voorbereid zijn. Je bestelt materialen, regelt transport en zorgt dat alles op tijd klaarstaat voor de montageploegen. Je maakt ook de planning en zorgt ervoor dat elk project vlot en volgens afspraak verloopt.

Bij de start van de werken geef je duidelijke instructies aan de werfleider. Tijdens de uitvoering blijf je het project opvolgen en stuur je bij waar nodig. Je controleert de kwaliteit, werkuren en het materiaalverbruik. Na afloop zorg je voor een correcte nacalculatie en facturatie.

Als projectverantwoordelijke stuur je de werfleider en montageploegen aan en zorg je voor een goede samenwerking. Veiligheid en kwaliteit zijn daarbij belangrijk. Je denkt ook mee over verbeteringen binnen de organisatie en zoekt naar manieren om klanten nog beter te helpen.

Jouw profiel Je hebt bij voorkeur een hoger diploma in elektromechanica of relevante sectorervaring. Je kan werken met 2D-software en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans.
