The posting

Maintenance & Gears Heyvaert, kortweg MGH, is een groeiend en energiek servicebedrijf.

Wij zetten ons dagelijks voor de volle 100% in om de industrie draaiende te houden met onze merkonafhankelijke en duurzame totaaloplossingen voor zware, elektromechanische aandrijfgroepen.

Onze activiteiten situeren zich voornamelijk binnen 4 domeinen: revisies van tandwielkasten in onze eigen werkplaatsen, herstelprojecten ter plaatse bij de klant en assemblage en handel van nieuwe tandwielkasten en onderdelen.

Wij zijn zowel actief in België als Nederland, Noord-Frankrijk en Luxemburg.

Op dit moment stellen we 35 personeelsleden te werk in onze vestigingen te Machelen en Antwerpen, wat de sfeer prettig en informeel maakt.

Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar een:

Projectverantwoordelijke (Vestiging Machelen – Rittwegerlaan 2B – 1830 Machelen)

Taakomschrijving:

Als projectverantwoordelijke zorg je ervoor dat lopende herstel- en onderhoudsprojecten van elektromechanische aandrijvingen in goede banen worden geleid.

Voor revisies omvat dit o.a. het aanmaken van een project in SAP, het doorgeven van de nodige instructies en documentaties aan de werkplaats verantwoordelijke, het bespreken van de vaststellingen na demontage, opstellen BOL en BOM, eventueel bijkomende vragen stellen aan de klant, en opstellen van een bestek en fotoverslag. Bij bestelling, ATB voor de materialen lanceren na opstelling van de planning, levertermijn doorgeven aan verkoop na bespreking met de leveranciers/aankoop verantwoordelijke, nodige instructies doorgeven aan de werkplaats verantwoordelijke.

Voor interventies komen mogelijks nog bijkomende taken zoals voorbereidende contacten, en mogelijks bezoeken, met de klant, teneinde de techniekers die het werk zullen uitvoeren, maximaal voor te bereiden op deze werken, alsook het veiligheidsaspect daarrond

Je bedenkt technische oplossingen en je communiceert deze met de dienst engineering en met de werkplaats om ze te kunnen realiseren.

Je communiceert ook vlot met andere afdelingen, bv. met de afdeling aankoop en verzending om de nodige resources te kunnen vrijmaken of bestellen. Bij complexere technische producten neem je zelf contact op met mogelijke leveranciers om prijzen aan te vragen en te onderhandelen.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de productiemanager.

· Je hebt minstens een bachelor diploma in een mechanische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

· Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels.

· Je leert graag bij en blijft steeds up-to-date met nieuwe technieken

· Je bent technisch onderlegd en kan technische plannen lezen en begrijpen.

· Je hebt een algemeen mechanisch en elektrisch inzicht met een goed ruimtelijk inzicht

· Ervaring in de sector is een pluspunt.
