Als projectverantwoordelijke ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging van de aan jou toegewezen projecten. Dit zowel technisch, administratief als commercieel. Je stuurt een projectteam aan en communiceert vlot intern en extern. Je doet dit aan de hand van werfopvolgingen, digitale en face-to-face meetings en evaluaties.

Welke taken behoren tot jouw toekomstige job?

  • Je bent de brug tussen klant en architect en het interne studieteam
  • Ontwikkelen van concept van de technische installaties, samen met de senior ingenieurs
  • Je stuurt het proces en zorgt dat alle ontwerpparameters door iedereen gekend zijn
  • Opvolgen van projectplanning en hierover intern en extern communiceren
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het management
  • Het project wordt van A tot Z door jou beheerd via Teamleader Orbit
  • Duidelijke doelen stellen en afspraken maken met klanten
  • Je beheert het ontwerp- en studiebudget en communiceert tijdig indien deze overschreden zouden worden.
  • Expertise uitbreiden en delen met collega’s
