Jobomschrijving

Heb je interesse in neurologie, gastro-enterologie en geriatrische zorg en wil je jouw expertise verder ontwikkelen binnen verschillende ziekenhuisafdelingen?

Als projectverpleegkundige binnen de mobiele equipe combineer je de zekerheid van een vast contract met de afwisseling van diverse zorgomgevingen. Je krijgt de kans om ervaring op te doen binnen gespecialiseerde afdelingen en ontdekt welke setting het best bij jou past.

Je eerste project vindt plaats binnen een ziekenhuis waar je ondersteuning biedt op de afdelingen neurologie, gastro-enterologie en/of geriatrie. Je werkt er samen met een multidisciplinair team en draagt dagelijks bij aan kwaliteitsvolle en patiëntgerichte zorg voor patiënten met onder andere neurologische aandoeningen, interne pathologieën en geriatrische zorgnoden.

Blijkt dit project toch niet helemaal jouw ding? Geen zorgen. Als projectverpleegkundige krijg je de mogelijkheid om nieuwe uitdagingen aan te gaan en andere zorgsettings te ontdekken. Zo blijf je groeien, bijleren en ervaring opdoen zonder telkens zelf op zoek te moeten naar een nieuwe job.

Specifiek voor deze projectfunctie

  • Verlenen van kwaliteitsvolle en patiëntgerichte verpleegkundige zorg binnen de afdelingen neurologie, gastro-enterologie en/of geriatrie.
  • Begeleiden van patiënten op een warme, professionele en respectvolle manier.
  • Observeren, opvolgen en rapporteren van veranderingen in de gezondheidstoestand van patiënten.
  • Uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen volgens de geldende procedures.
  • Zorg dragen voor patiënten met neurologische aandoeningen, interne pathologieën en geriatrische zorgbehoeften.
  • Nauw samenwerken met artsen, verpleegkundigen en andere zorgprofessionals binnen een multidisciplinair team.
  • Flexibel inspelen op de noden van de verschillende afdelingen binnen de mobiele equipe.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de continuïteit, kwaliteit en veiligheid van de zorgverlening.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een diploma als graduaat (HBO5) of bachelor verpleegkunde.
  • Je hebt interesse in (sub)acute zorg, neurologie, gastro-enterologie en/of geriatrie.
  • Je wenst een 80% of 100% tewerkstelling.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B om je vlot met je bedrijfswagen naar je project te verplaatsen.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die kwaliteitsvolle zorg en respect centraal zet.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, neemt initiatief en past je gemakkelijk aan nieuwe situaties aan.
  • Je bent op zoek naar variatie en professionele groei terwijl je een stabiele loopbaan uitbouwt.
