Heb jij een hart voor ouderen en wil je jouw ervaring inzetten binnen een uitdagende geriatrische ziekenhuisomgeving?

Regio Antwerpen | Opstart 01/10/2026 | 80-100% | Project van 3 maanden

Als projectverpleegkundige hoef je vandaag nog niet te kiezen voor één specifieke werkplek. Je combineert de zekerheid van een vast contract met de mogelijkheid om waardevolle ervaring op te doen binnen verschillende zorgomgevingen. Je eerste project vindt plaats binnen een ziekenhuis op de afdeling geriatrie.

Specifiek voor deze projectfunctie:

  • Verlenen van kwaliteitsvolle en patiëntgerichte verpleegkundige zorg aan geriatrische patiënten.
  • Observeren, opvolgen en rapporteren van de fysieke, psychische en sociale gezondheidstoestand van patiënten.
  • Uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen volgens de geldende procedures.
  • Ondersteunen van patiënten bij het behouden of herwinnen van hun zelfstandigheid.
  • Begeleiden en informeren van familieleden en mantelzorgers.
  • Samenwerken binnen een multidisciplinair team om optimale zorg te garanderen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de continuïteit, veiligheid en kwaliteit van de zorgverlening.
  • Aandacht hebben voor het comfort, welzijn en de levenskwaliteit van de patiënt.

Wie ben je?

  • Je hebt een diploma als graduaat of bachelor verpleegkunde.
  • Je hebt interesse in geriatrische zorg en de specifieke noden van oudere patiënten.
  • Je wenst een 80% of 100% tewerkstelling.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B om je vlot met je bedrijfswagen naar je project te verplaatsen.
  • Je werkt empathisch, respectvol en hebt oog voor de belevingswereld van de patiënt.
  • Je bent een teamspeler die initiatief neemt en kwaliteitsvolle zorg centraal zet.
  • Je bent flexibel, leergierig en op zoek naar professionele groei binnen de zorgsector.
