Jobomschrijving

Als projectverpleegkundige word je flexibel ingezet binnen ziekenhuizen, woonzorgcentra en andere zorginstellingen. Jij brengt jouw expertise daar waar de nood het hoogst is en maakt meteen impact.

Je komt terecht in een team van gedreven zorgprofessionals en biedt kwalitatieve ondersteuning op verschillende afdelingen, met oog voor patiënt en collega.

Jouw project: Operatiekwartier

Voor deze opdracht ga je aan de slag op het operatiekwartier, waar je een essentiële rol speelt in het gehele zorgproces rond de patiënt.

Wat mag je verwachten?

  • Je start als anesthesie-omloopverpleegkundige op de operatiezaal
  • Na een grondige inwerkperiode groei je door naar een specifieke chirurgische cluster
  • Je verleent hoogkwalitatieve verpleegkundige en technische zorg aan perioperatieve patiënten binnen uiteenlopende specialismen
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en met oog voor detail, steeds afgestemd op de noden van de patiënt en zijn/haar omgeving

Jouw rol tijdens het operatieproces:

  • Je bent een onmisbare schakel en ondersteunt het volledige operatietraject:
  • Voorbereiding van de patiënt en de ingreep
  • Assistentie bij de inductie van anesthesie
  • Actieve ondersteuning tijdens de chirurgische ingreep
  • Opvolging en zorg na de operatie

Profiel

  • Je bent bachelor- of gegradueerd verpleegkundige
  • Je hebt een brede interesse in interne geneeskunde (nefrologie, endocrinologie, operatiekwartier, reumatologie, …)
  • Ervaring in één of meerdere van deze disciplines is een pluspunt
  • Je houdt van afwisseling en voelt je goed in een dynamische werkomgeving
  • Je kan je snel aanpassen aan nieuwe teams en situaties
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en patiëntgericht
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar (vroeg/laat/nacht en weekends)
  • Kennis van KWS is een pluspunt
  • Je bent iemand met goesting, die graag bijleert en energie haalt uit variatie in zorg.
