Je eerste project start in een kleinschalig woonzorgcentrum in de buurt van Zemst. De opdracht loopt initieel voor 3 maanden, met mogelijkheid tot verlenging of doorstroming naar een nieuw project binnen een ziekenhuis, woonzorgcentrum of thuisverpleging.

Jobomschrijving

Als projectverpleegkundige ben je een waardevolle schakel binnen de zorgsector en kan jij zorgen voor een betekenisvolle impact binnen verschillende zorginstellingen.

Aanvullend krijg jij volop de kans om jouw kennis te verbreden. Door jouw flexibele inzet en betrokkenheid draag je bij aan de continuïteit in de zorg! Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar tijd maken voor mensen centraal staat, waar samenwerking en respect voor elkaar vanzelfsprekend zijn en waar jouw klinische expertise echt het verschil maakt.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en boeiend:

  • Verlenen van kwalitatieve en patiëntgerichte ouderenzorg
  • Opvolgen van fysieke, mentale en psychosociale noden van bewoners
  • Toedienen en correct beheren van medicatie en verpleegkundige zorgen
  • Klinisch observeren en tijdig signaleren van gezondheidsveranderingen
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van zorgplannen en verpleegkundige dossiers
  • Empathische en respectvolle omgang met bewoners en familieleden
  • Multidisciplinair samenwerken binnen een woonzorgcentrum
  • Ondersteunen van bewoners in comfort, welzijn en levenskwaliteit
  • Correct toepassen van hygiëne-, veiligheids- en zorgprocedures
  • Diploma en visum van verpleegkundige op zak;
  • Je bent flexibel, assertief en kan jezelf aanpassen aan diverse zorgomgevingen;
  • Je staat open om feedback te geven en te ontvangen;
  • Open communicatie is vanzelfsprekend voor jou;
  • Je bent collegiaal en werkt graag in teamverband.
  • Je kan stressbestendig en flexibel functioneren binnen een dynamische zorgomgeving
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden
