In deze functie heb je een breed takenpakket van contacten onderhouden met de klanten tot aan het uitvoeren van de nacalculatie. Dat maakt deze functie ook uitdagend. In deze dynamische functie ben jij de spil tussen de klanten en de productie. Je hebt contacten met de klanten en voert de orderintake, je maakt te kostprijsberekening en stelt de offertes op. Daarna bepaal je de werkprocessen en stel je een planning op die je tevens bewaakt. Uiteraard zorg je er voor dat het benodigd materiaal ingekocht en tijdig geleverd wordt. Wanneer er knelpunten of afwijkingen zijn dan los je dit op. Tevens kijk je kritisch naar de productieprocessen en draag je ideeën aan ter verbetering. Jij regelt... - Een afgeronde technische Mbo-opleiding (WTB); - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie; - Technisch inzicht en affiniteit met hightech producten; - Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift; - Kennis en ervaring met het ERP systeem Ridder IQ; - Flexibiliteit en pro-activiteit; - Klant- en resultaatgerichtheid.
