Als Projectvoorbereider bij Slokker Bouwgroep ben je verantwoordelijk voor de engineering en uitwerking van bouwprojecten. Je werkt multidisciplinair en coördineert projecten richting de realisatiefase. Je wordt vroegtijdig bij de projecten betrokken en bent tot aan de oplevering verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding op de bouwplaats. Tijdens de engineeringsfase ben je hét centrale punt tussen de disciplines en de uitwerking van het ontwerp. Je regelt als Projectvoorbereider de communicatie tussen de disciplines, coördineert BIM-modellen, beheert het documentmanagementsysteem en past issuemanagement toe om de 3D-modellen en 2D-tekeningen verder te engineeren en te controleren. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het maken en beheren van de engineeringsplanning en de inkoopvoorbereidingsplanning, waarbij je de inkoopvoorbereiding ook zelf verzorgt en het financiële vlak overziet. Verder voer je regelmatig overleg, zowel extern met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en onderaannemers als intern met het projectteam.
