Als Projectvoorbereider ben je vanaf de ontwerp- en engineeringsfase betrokken bij projecten en zorg je dat alles richting uitvoering goed geregeld is. Je houdt je bezig met de technische uitwerking, planning, werkvoorbereiding, calculatie en inkoop. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en collega's en houd je overzicht over het volledige voorbereidingstraject. Wat ga je doen? Als Projectvoorbereider werk je aan projecten binnen nieuwbouw, renovatie en groot onderhoud. Je bent vanaf het initiatief betrokken en zorgt ervoor dat projecten goed voorbereid en georganiseerd richting uitvoering gaan. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Meewerken aan het ontwerp, de engineering en ontwikkeling van bouwprojecten. - Technisch uitwerken van projecten en verzorgen van werktekeningen. - Opstellen en bewaken van planningen voor de voorbereiding. - Opstellen van werkinstructies voor de uitvoering. - Voorbereiden en organiseren van werkzaamheden vanaf initiatief tot en met nazorg. - Ramingen maken op element- en activiteitenniveau. - Werken met kostprijzen, normen en calculaties. - Verzorgen en coördineren van de inkoop van materialen. - Deelnemen aan verschillende project- en werkoverleggen. - Afstemmen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en andere betrokken partijen. - Signaleren van knelpunten en zorgen voor praktische oplossingen. - Bewaken dat projecten technisch, organisatorisch en financieel goed voorbereid zijn.
