Bij een toonaangevend bedrijf in regio Gent krijg jij de kans om een cruciale schakel te zijn in de energiedistributie. Hier draait alles om efficiënt transport van energiegrondstoffen naar buurlanden, dankzij slimme verbindingen met opslag- en invoerfaciliteiten.

Om hun groei te ondersteunen, zijn ze op zoek naar een projectvoorbereider die zorgt voor een feilloze coördinatie van de dagelijkse operaties. Heb jij zin om jouw talenten in te zetten op een plek waar jouw werk écht impact heeft?

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als projectvoorbereider coördineer je interventies, onderhoud en projecten, zowel op technisch als administratief vlak
  • Je controleert zorgvuldig plannen en documenten van verschillende afdelingen, zoals Dispatching en Engineering
  • Ook ben je nauw betrokken bij werkvergunningen en zorg je voor veilige interventies via schakelschema’s, veiligheidsmaatregelen en begeleiding van technici
  • De juiste middelen en materialen zijn altijd beschikbaar dankzij jouw coördinatie, van vrachtwagens tot specifieke vervangstukken
  • Samen met de teamleider geef je opleidingen over nieuwe installaties en zorg je dat na de werken alle plannen en verslagen kloppen
  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma in een technische richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Bij voorkeur meer dan 5 jaar ervaring in industrieel onderhoud, coördinatie of veiligstelling van infrastructuur
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, een basis Frans en kan vlot werken met MS Office en SAP
