Schatz Engineering ist ein familiengeführtes Unternehmen, das seit 33 Jahren für nationale und internationale Kunden große Industrieanlagen plant. Zu unseren Referenzen zählen Müllverbrennungsanlagen, Hochöfen, Stranggussanlagen, chemische Produktionsanlagen und Wasseraufbereitungsanlagen.

Zur langfristigen Festanstellung am Standort Naarn, suchen wir Verstärkung im Team: 1 Projekt- bzw. Berechnungsingenieur_in im Anlagen- bzw. Maschinenbau

Aufgaben:

* Rohrstatische Berechnungen entsprechend gängigen Normen

* Einstufung Rohrsysteme nach DGRL

* Erstellung von Rohrklassen

* Berechnung von Einzelrohrelementen (Wandstärke Rohre, Abzweige, Ausschnitte, Böden, Flansche, Blinddeckel)

* Optimierung von Rohrleitungssystemen

* Spezifikation von Sonderrohrteilen

* Arbeit mit Konstruktionsplänen

* Dokumentation der Berechnungen

* FEM Berechnungen (ANSYS), Strukturanalysen mechanisch

* Statikberechnung von Sekundärstahlbauten

* Berechnung von Verankerungen auf Beton mit Hilti Programm

* Abstimmung mit Design und Konstruktion sowie Endkunden

Qualifikationen:

* Technische Ausbildung (TU/FH oder HTL mit Erfahrung)

* sehr gute Kenntnisse in SIGMA Rohr 2 oder CAESAR II

* sehr gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse

* adäquate Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

* Softwarekenntnisse (Ansys FEM, Mathcad, Statikprogramme)

* Verständnis im Umgang mit entsprechenden Normen

Für diese Position ist grundsätzlich eine Mindestentlohnung nach dem Kollektivvertrag für Information und Consulting vorgesehen. Die tatsächlichen, attraktiven Bezüge orientieren sich an den aktuellen marktüblichen Gehältern. Sie starten bei entsprechender Qualifikation bei EUR 56.000,00 Bruttojahresgehalt.
