Wir suchen zur Erweiterung unseres Teams: 1 Projekt- & Kundenmanager_in für digitale Strategien der/die unsere Kunden betreut und unsere Coaching-Programme unterstützt.

Während der Einarbeitung lernst du alles über Online-Marketing sowie effektives & praxisorientiertes Coaching unserer Kunden. So wirst du dann in der Lage sein, diese zum Erfolg zu coachen. Vorkenntnisse im Bereich Coaching sind also nicht notwendig. Die Einarbeitungsphase dauert in der Regel 2-3 Monate.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

* Das Onboarding neuer Kundinnen und Kunden

* Nach der Einarbeitung wirst du in der Lage sein, alle inhaltlichen Fragen unserer Klienten zu den Coaching-Programmen beantworten zu können

* Täglicher telefonischer Kontakt & schriftlicher Gruppensupport bei Fragen unserer Klienten

* Vorbereitung und/oder Durchführung unserer Live-Calls

* Unterstützung unseres Vertriebs bei operativen Aufgaben

* Erstellung von Konzepten und Strategien für unsere Kunden

* Organisation und Nachbereitung von Beratungsterminen

* Durchführung von Beratungen für unserer Kunden

* Terminvorbereitungen

* Abhalten von Schulungen für unsere Kunden

* Teilnahme an Fachmessen und Branchenveranstaltungen
