ALPLA ist global präsent und in 45 Lände... 1 Projekt Manager (all gender) - Globaler HR-Software-Rollout Das sind deine Aufgaben Als HR Projektleiter:in verantwortest du die Planung, Steuerung und erfolgreiche Einführung einer globalen HR-Software - von der ersten Abstimmung bis zum weltweiten Rollout. Du stellst sicher, dass die Lösung unsere Unternehmensziele unterstützt, global konsistent umgesetzt wird und die Anforderungen aller relevanten Stakeholder erfüllt (Mitarbeiter:innen, Führungskräfte, IT, HR, Fachbereiche und Geschäftsleitung).

* Du leitest unser strategisches, bereits gestartetes Projekt "UNITE" und führst es erfolgreich in die Umsetzung. * Gemeinsam mit einem Expertenteam verantwortest du den Scope über den gesamten Employee Life Cycle - inkl. Stamm- und Organisationsdaten, Schnittstellen, gesetzlicher Anforderungen, Recruiting, Learning & Development, Talent Management sowie On- und Offboarding. * Du orchestrierst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Regionen, Implementierungspartner:innen und Software-Anbieter:innen und sorgst für klare Kommunikation und Transparenz. * Du führst ein internationales Projektteam, definierst klare Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten und stärkst die Zusammenarbeit über Ländergrenzen hinweg. * Du behältst Fortschritt, Budget und Meilensteine im Blick und berichtest regelmäßig an das Top-Management. * Du stellst die nahtlose Integration in bestehende Systeme sicher und treibst die Harmonisierung globaler HR-Prozesse voran. * Du gestaltest Change-Management und Kommunikation, bist verantwortlich für die Konzeption und Durchführung von Trainings und stellst so einen erfolgreichen Go-Live für Endanwender:innen und HR-Teams sicher.

Das bringst du mit * Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung bzw. Qualifikation * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in internationalen Implementierungsprojekten sowie fundiertes Projekt- und Change-Management-Know-how (HR-Systemkenntnisse, z. B. Cornerstone, Workday oder Oracle HCM, sind ein Plus) * Starke Kommunikations- und Moderationsskills, interkulturelle Kompetenz sowie ausgeprägte Problemlösungs- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit mit unternehmerischem Mindset * Freude daran, Menschen weiterzuentwickeln, Verantwortung zu übertragen und klare Strukturen zu schaffen - mit einem authentischen, pragmatischen Führungsstil * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind willkommen * Reisebereitschaft für implementierungsbezogene Projektphasen
