Als zentrale Serviceeinheit bündeln wir in der Wiener Stadtwerke Kundenservicegesellschaft die Service- und Abrechnungsprozesse im Energiebereich und sorgen mit effizienten Abläufen für eine starke Servicequalität. Tag für Tag sind wir mit vollem Einsatz für rund zwei Millionen Kund_innen in und um Wien da. Was uns antreibt? Das erwartet Dich

* Die Begleitung und das Controlling von Projekten im Forderungsmanagement zählen zu deinen zentralen Aufgaben und sorgen für eine strukturierte, zielgerichtete Umsetzung

* Die Analyse bestehender Prozesse unterstützt Veränderungsprozesse und hilft dabei, Optimierungspotenziale aufzudecken

* Du stimmst Anforderungen ab, führst Machbarkeitsprüfungen durch und bewertest deren Auswirkungen auf Projekt- und Prozessstrukturen

* Die Erstellung von Auswertungen und Berichten bildet eine wichtige Grundlage für Entscheidungen und Fortschrittskontrollen

* Eine wichtige Schnittstellenfunktion ermöglicht dir eine klare und kontinuierliche Kommunikation mit internen wie externen Stakeholdern

* Im Bereich Innovation & Projekte beteiligst du dich an Tests und Weiterentwicklungen, um den gesamten Bereich voranzubringen

Das bringst Du mit

* Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung auf Matura-Niveau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bildet die fachliche Grundlage für diese Rolle

* Du bringst Erfahrung im Projekt- und/oder Prozessmanagement mit; Branchenkenntnisse in der Energiebranche sind dabei von Vorteil

* Ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Service- und Dienstleistungsprozesse erleichtern dir den Umgang mit komplexen Aufgabenstellungen

* Eine hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise verbinden sich mit Entscheidungs- und Umsetzungskompetenz sowie ausgeprägter Eigeninitiative.

* Resilienz, vernetztes Denken und Flexibilität runden dein Profil ab und ermöglichen dir einen souveränen Umgang mit herausfordernden Situationen

* Du hast den Wunsch, gemeinsam mit der Wiener Stadtwerke-Gruppe Wien klimafit zu machen!

Gehalt

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von EUR 4.155,24 brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
