Deine Aufgaben:

* Du leitest große DXP-Projekte eigenverantwortlich, vom Kick-off bis zum Go-live und darüber hinaus.

* Du steuerst Budget, Ressourcen und Scope und behältst die Wirtschaftlichkeit deiner Projekte im Blick.

* Du bist erste Ansprechperson für deine Kund:innen auf Management- und Fachebene und führst auch schwierige Gespräche souverän.

* Du berätst deine Kund:innen aktiv und bist ihr Trusted Advisor für die Anforderungen im Projekt.

* Du erkennst Risiken früh, sprichst sie offen an und treibst Lösungen aktiv voran, bevor daraus Eskalationen werden.

* Du führst interdisziplinäre Projektteams aus Development, UX und Consulting und schaffst Klarheit, wo Komplexität entsteht.

* Du hast genug technisches Verständnis, um Architekturentscheidungen im Composable-DXP-Umfeld mitzutragen und zu hinterfragen.

* Gemeinsam mit dem PM-Team entwickelst du unsere Delivery-Standards weiter.

Damit kannst Du punkten:

* 5-7 Jahre Agenturerfahrung als Projektmanager:in oder Projektleiter:in

* Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Leitung von DXP-Projekten, idealerweise im Composable-Stack

* Sichere Steuerung von Budgets, Ressourcen und Scope

* Erfahrung im Eskalationsmanagement und souveräner Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Stakeholdern

* Fließendes Deutsch, da wir uns im anspruchsvollen Business-Kontext mit vornehmlich deutschsprachigen Kunden bewegen

Damit punktest du zusätzlich:

* Projekterfahrung mit Commerce, PIM oder DAM (z. B. Spryker, Pimcore, Emporix)

* PM-Zertifizierung (IPMA, PMI o. ä.)

* Fließendes Englisch
