* Projekte leiten: Von der Kundenanfrage über die Planung bis zur Umsetzung und Nachbereitung deiner Events.

* Vertrieb aktiv übernehmen: Du führst Kundengespräche, erstellst Angebote, kalkulierst sie sauber und begleitest den Abschluss.

* Kundenbeziehungen entwickeln: Du betreust und entwickelst unsere Bestandskund:innen und gewinnst neue Kund:innen dazu.

* Zukunft denken: Du bringst Ideen ein, entdeckst Chancen und hilfst mit, KEJOB weiterzuentwickeln.

Du bist bei uns goldrichtig, wenn du

* gerne und gut kommunizierst - mit Kund:innen, Kolleg:innen und unserem Eventpersonal, klar, freundlich und lösungsorientiert.

* mit Zahlen auf Du und Du bist - ob Kalkulation, Budget oder Abrechnung: Du behältst den Überblick.

* auch in stressigen Phasen ruhig bleibst - wenn kurzfristig etwas dazwischenkommt, priorisierst du und findest eine Lösung.

* Freude am Verkaufen hast und Kundenbeziehungen langfristig aufbauen willst.

* vorausdenkst und nicht nur das Heute, sondern auch das Morgen im Blick hast.

* eigenständig arbeitest und gerne Verantwortung übernimmst (Teamplayer-Gen erwünscht!).

* idealerweise Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt, Vertrieb oder Projektmanagement mitbringst und technisch fit bist (Tools, Excel & Co.).

* bei Event-Spitzen flexibel bist - auch mal abends oder am Wochenende, wenn es die Veranstaltung erfordert.

* Ein fairer Deal: ab € 2.050,40 brutto pro Monat (Mindestgehalt lt. KV Werbung und Marktkommunikation, Vollzeit). Bei passender Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung selbstverständlich möglich.
